I booked a room in advance only to be given away to someone else without any notification. When I finally got into another room, it was filthy with rubbish everywhere, dirty towels, and an unmade bed. I was moved to a third room late at night, and to my dismay, that room had been neglected too. I was promised a resolution, but the staff were rude and unhelpful when I tried to inquire the next morning. I even resorted to emailing the hotel, but they ignored my concerns and offered a measly refund. This hotel clearly doesn't care about its guests. It was infuriating!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Hussain. The young ladies who served breakfast were also quite hospitable.
Climbing the stairs. If I had realized this hotel did not have an elevator, I would not have booked it. The stairway was rather narrow for carrying luggage up and down, and the steps were somewhat shallow. \\

The honest truth about this
The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to Pimlico tube and easy access to major attractions,. The staff were friendly .
The room was quite cramped, making it hard to navigate, and I experienced issues with noise that disrupted my sleep.

Free internet but was a little unreliable
The booking says you cant check in before 1230 and they mean it!! I arrived at 1145 and no flexibility even though I knew the room allocated was ready and empty, the front desk were happy to keep bags until 1230… Breakfast very very basic !

First time in my life hotel charge my visa before check-in!!! No fridge in the room, wallpapers were coming down, poor breakfast. I was 3 nights there and they did't change the sheets and charge for one extra night 15 pounds more. Don't go there!
